Progress is being made on the 4-story mixed use project. The excavation for the parking garage is complete and the basement foundations are being constructed.

Neighbors have been concerned about construction dust, noise and adjacent residential street parking.   The 40 foot deep excavation hole goes from sidewalk to sidewalk with no room for onsite parking or staging. The contractor has leased a lot behind the church on Ocean Park Blvd. & 14th St. and pledged efficient shuttle service.
