After 2 years of construction, Community Corporation’s Pacific Landing, the 100% affordable housing project on the NWC Lincoln & Pacific, is ready.
The 4-story building provides 37 newly constructed, 100% affordable apartments.
The project has a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units.
Anyone who makes 30% and 80% of the Area Median Income is eligible to apply for an apartment. Proposed rents would range from $587 to $1,880 per month.
The construction is 100% electric including photovoltaic panels on the roof, energy star appliances, and EV charging stations.
Tighe Architecture designed the building and Walton Construction was the contractor.
The 28,200 sq-ft apartment complex is on a 14,100 sq-ft lot and was budgeted at $28.2MM (including $5.2MM land cost).
There is a 460-square-foot coffee shop on the ground floor.
There is subterranean parking for 29 vehicles.
Construction began in 2020 with the demolition of the 76 gas station.
