No it is not a strip joint. Crudo e Nudo, a coastal Italian raw bar, permanent location is opening early 2021. Chef Brian Bornemann, formerly of Michael’s of Santa Monica, brings walk up, take out, and sustainable market offerings to Main Street after pop-ups in West Hollywood and Venice. Expect coastal Italian-style preparations of uni and spot prawns from Santa Barbara, kampachi, scallop, and tuna crudos with bright citrus salsas and fruity olive oils, as well as cold water oysters with a limoncello mignonette. All fish is local, from Baja to Monterey, and sustainably sourced from fishermen whom Chef has worked with for years.
