The 16,200-square-foot 174 Kinney Street & 169-174 Pier Avenue building sold for $11.2 MM to developer Leo Pustilnikov, a partner in SLH Investments of Los Angeles, on May 7, 2021. The site was first listed for $22.7 MM in 2020 and then reduced to $19.9 MM before being relisted with CBRE at $14.0 MM.

Enterprise Fish Co. occupied the site since 1979 and closed in 2020.
