The ARB approved a new 2-story mixed-use building on the NWC Lincoln & Ozone at the October meeting.
The new approximately 32 feet high, 3,000 square-foot mixed-use project comprised of one residential dwelling unit and 4 parking spaces is located on an irregular lot ( Los Angeles County Assessor APN 4287-032-017). Like most of Lincoln south of the 10 Freeway, the site is Santa Monica zoned General Commercial (GC Lincoln & Pico Blvds).
The site is currently occupied by ACME 5 Life Style outdoor furniture and garden store.
